Vegas Baby

Jeremy and I took a short but very sweet get away to Las Vegas. At the time we booked the trip we did not think I was going to go out at the first of November for a work conference. That of coarse changed about a week after we booked it. We decided what the heck we will still go together and I will just go with my work peeps in November. It is hard when I am there for work to get all of that done and still have time to do fun stuff with Jeremy. It may be the City that NEVER Sleeps but I still have to!
I took zero pictures of our hotel, Mandalay Bay. It is very hard to capture a picture of a building up close because they are all huge but also one covered in mirrors!
It really was an amazing time and one that left us energized to get back to our regular life, which is something every vacation should do!

Lucas is in LOVE with the show Pawn Stars. He begged and begged for us to go down there for him. Of coarse we promised we would! It is a tiny tiny store. The line was around two sides of the building. It was a freaking joke. They were in there but would not let anyone in the building. We assume because they were taping. There were people in line who had come several days in a row with the same result. Then those that had come on previous trip who said they are rude and upset that people want to see them and get autographs. That was a giant bummer! I have a 9 year old that would only love to have a paper with their name on it. I thought about forging an autograph but we went on down to Fremont street, because I was not about to stand in a pointless line, and found a guy doing characters and he had a pawn stars one. Forgery relief! We brought it home and he loves it. Hangs on the wall and everything.
