In honor of actually have a place to build his own blind he took all of us and Hunter down to show us this fine spread. As you can see from the pcitures some of had differences on the temperature. The kids and Jeremy thought it was a nice day. I on the other hand was freezing. The kids had a wonderful time and are so excited to go again and again and again. Luke would like for Addi to stay the heck away but she is all in. Addi has gone two or three times this year. She would like to go again with PAPA Clay so we will see if the weather holds for her. Lucas loves to go every single chance he gets.
Nothing like a helping hand with your face paint.
People, this is it. This is the only heat you get in the blind. You sit in a rather nice plywood constructed blind with a bench and sides, floor and roof. I would also like to mention that they have covered the sides and roof with crap growing in the wild including pine trees, which I am amazingly allergic too. But, back to the lact of heat. This is it. If you are going dress warm cause this is all you get!!
Me and Hunter. He clearly did not understand it was cold out there! I have on like 3 layers and if I could of gotten my coat on over that sweatshirt I would of done it!
Here are the face painted people
Here is poor Jeremy. At the other end of the blind waiting and watching for ducks. Sadly, I mean very sadly that day no ducks showed their faces. It was a warm weather day if you ask Jermey and Luke and they say that is why we did not see much luck but I think it may of had something to do with all those little voices.
