St. Pats Day

For St. Patrick's Day this year I decided to get a little fun for the kids. I love a ruben and Jeremy will eat corned beef, the rest he is not in love with but the kids will not even touch it. Jerey was nice enough to cook up some green pancakes. What a big hit. The thing is once you have the food coloring out why stop there so we had pink pancakes, blue pancakes and green and purple eggs.

I would not recommend purple eggs, it just looks bad but Addi Jo inhaled them. I would say that is a plus except she inhales any color egg!!
